What is Green Acre?

Green Acre Bahá'í School in Eliot, Maine, is a significant spot in the United States, especially for Bahá'ís both historically and currently. Founded by Sarah Farmer to foster peace and religious unity, Green Acre began in 1894, pioneering the model of an inclusive conference center.

Campus Guidelines

In compliance with civil law and principles of Bahá'í administration, Green Acre has certain rules which the Arzú-Pantalone family kindly and firmly ask that all guests follow.

Tobacco & Nicotine Free

No cigarettes, pipes, cigars, chewing tobacco, or vaping

Dry Campus

No alcohol or non-prescription drugs including marijuana

No Weapons

Weapons are not permitted on campus

Pets Policy

No pets in cars; dogs must be on a leash on campus

Supervision of Minors

All minors (under 18) must have adult supervision
